At Amanda Novias, we strive to ensure every bride receives her dream dress, however, due to the custom nature of our gowns, we offer a 14-day return window for standard sizes only. We are committed to providing high-quality craftsmanship and will work closely with you to resolve any issues regarding your order.

Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your package to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the dress is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Securely pack your item and ship it back to our designated warehouse using a traceable shipping method, including your RMA number inside the box.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
